By accessing or using BidThePage.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

How BidPage Works

BidThePage.com is an hourly auction platform where users bid to control the page content. Each bid grants you control of the page for one hour upon winning.

Bidding Rules

• Personal bids cost $1 (100 cents)
• Company bids cost $10 (1000 cents) and receive enhanced page title visibility
• The winning bid controls the page for the next hour
• All bids are final and non-refundable (except in cases of content policy violations)
• You must be 18 or older to place a bid

Content Policy

Your message must not contain:

• URLs, links, or promotional content
• Profanity, vulgarity, or obscene language
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Sexual or pornographic content
• Spam or repetitive content
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Excessive capitalization or character repetition

Violators will receive a refund and be permanently banned from the platform.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By making a bid, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Refund Policy

Bids are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only if:

• Your content violates our content policy (mandatory refund)
• Technical issues prevent your message from displaying
• Duplicate charges occur due to system errors

Limitation of Liability

BidThePage.com is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Lost bids or sweepstakes entries
• Content posted by other users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
